What's the difference with Gold?

Gold includes everything in Silver, plus a custom meal plan and a 1-on-1 coaching call for more personal support.

Is this the online membership?

Yes. This page is for the online POLARIZE TRAIN membership, so you can follow your plan and track your progress wherever you train.

Are challenge entries included?

Yes. Both membership tiers include free entry into every challenge, along with accumulating monthly entries into the prize draw. Challenge dates and announcements are shared when challenges are live.

How does payment work?

Choose Silver or Gold and you'll be taken straight to secure Stripe checkout. The membership prices are $15 per week for Silver and $30 per week for Gold.
